The Eureka Blow Up system creates an air flow that almost completely empties the dead space of the grinder. This turns every Eureka Atom into a single doser and of course also optimises the timer deviation of the espresso grinder. The advantage of this method over pure single-dose coffee grinders is that the ground coffee does not first have to be filled into a container and then transferred to the portafilter.
