Dalla Corte Studio Aqua High end Espresso machine for home barista

The new single-group espresso machine from Dalla Corte, with the patented multi-boiler technology and rotary pump, in the usual stylish Dalla Corte design.

The Dalla Corte Studio is equipped with the proven Dalla Corte brewing group, which ensures excellent temperature stability. A display makes it easy to set the brewing temperature, pre-infusion and extraction time. The Studio has a new type of compact rotary pump,which works with direct water connection. With its compact dimensions, it is the smallest machine from Dalla Corte and fits very well in the kitchen at home or in the office.

Like all Dalla Corte machines, the Studio is made exclusively from CW510L (lead-free brass) in all metal components that come into contact with drinking water. To our knowledge, this is unique in the world. Another special feature of the Dalla Corte machines is the slightly narrower portafilter diameter of 54mm. This means that the surface area of the coffee puck is smaller, thus optimising the extraction rate through a more even extraction.

All RAL colours can be realised on request, standard colours are stone grey and white. The Studio will replace the Mini and Super Mini models.

In everyday use

The Studio is the ideal partner for the ambitious home barista who prefers full control over the brew ratio. The highlight of the Studio is the display for the flow rate in grams per second. Instead of using a scale and shot timer, the Studio displays all the important parameters such as flow rate, brewing temperature and brewing time during the brewing process. For a little more control, 7 presets for pre-infusion have been added. Other settings include a timer, switching off the service boiler, temperature setting for the service and espresso boilers, barista lights and eco mode.

The steam lance is sufficiently insulated and prevents the milk from caking. The 3-hole nozzle produces an extremely fine-pored milk foam, ideal for latte art. The right-hand control lever can be used to program 2 quantities and there is also a purely manual setting.
