UPS Express Shipping: When completing your order, you have the option of sending your shipment with UPS Express under the "Shipping Method" tab. Orders received on weekdays by 12:00 noon will be shipped the same day and delivered the next business day, except Saturdays. Please note that express deliveries to islands are not possible and are not automatically recognised by the system.

Cancellation: Please note that there is no legal right of cancellation in distance selling for consumers from Switzerland and non-EU countries.

The conversion of your order to the net value of the goods takes place after entering your billing/delivery address, provided that both addresses are in the third country. The total value of your order, including the shipping costs incurred, is visible in the shopping cart before you submit your order.

Please note, however, that you will incur additional costs when importing the goods into Switzerland and other non-EU countries, which will be charged by the respective customs authorities.

The electronic products we offer are produced for the German market and are delivered with a German plug.

Export of the goods to Switzerland by the customer in non-commercial travel:

If you have a residence in Switzerland and have the goods sent to a German delivery address in order to export the goods to Switzerland yourself as a private individual, we will refund the German VAT after export of the goods under the following conditions:

Before or with the order, you send us an email via the contact form or to info@diecrema.de with the information that you would like to export the goods to Switzerland yourself. Please also send us a copy of your passport. We will then enclose the corresponding export document with the goods. Please understand that if there is no indication in the order that the goods are to be exported to Switzerland yourself and we do not receive a copy of your identity card or passport, we will not issue an export document and a subsequent VAT refund will no longer be possible.

An export document will be issued for goods with a gross value of € 150 or more. Please note that we require a copy of your identity card or passport in advance by e-mail for the creation of the export document. After receipt of the export document stamped by customs and the invoice, we will refund the German VAT to you.

Refund to a German account free of charge.

Refund to a Swiss account one-time 15,00 €.

Please export the goods within 3 months after purchase, as we need the customs documents within three months.
