With its 65 mm grinding discs, the Mignon Turbo is one of the most powerful grinders in the Mignon series. The grinding speed of the Mignon Turbo is already reflected in its name, with up to 2.3 g/s it fills the double filter in under 8 seconds. However, the main advantage of the larger discs is the even more uniform particle distribution. The larger surface area increases the homogeneity of the ground coffee. The result in the cup becomes more complex and the espresso reaches bar level.
