The Omkafè Diamante is an interesting roast. On the one hand balanced like all Omkafè roasts, on the other hand very complex with many flavours and facets without being overpowering. At the grinder, it needs a little more precision than, for example, the good-natured Omkafè ORO, but the work is worth it.
