Technically, this portafilter espresso machine impresses with a powerful rotary pump that further improves the espresso result thanks to the evenly applied pressure. The Pid temperature control then adds the finishing touch to your espresso. The machine has plenty of power and effortlessly produces microporous milk foam, even for your visitors or larger family celebrations.

The housing of the Mozzafiato is familiar from the bar sector. Thick-walled without looking clunky, the thickness of the outer walls has been perfectly dimensioned. No wobbly railing, but a housing made of one piece. Yes, that's appealing. As is typical for Rocket, the beautifully crafted exterior is not disturbed by the flashing electronics of the Pid control unit, which is elegantly hidden behind the drainer. The espresso brew switch on the right side of the E61 brew group can be moved smoothly upwards; no jamming interferes with the espresso brew. The rotary pump hums quietly and a beautiful espresso flows into the cup. Taste still not 100%? Simply adjust the temperature on the Pid display and perfect the next shot. The steam and water control knobs are comfortable to hold and turn with perfect resistance. A quarter of a turn further and dry steam escapes strongly. Now you're ready to go. The perfect milk foam is prepared in just a few seconds. With a little skill, pour the milk onto the espresso and conjure up a heart in the cup. A feast for the eyes with very good technology.
