The Silenzio espresso grinder comes from the Mignon family and is a further development of the Mignon MCI, which already enjoys cult status in the portafilter machine scene. Eureka and his team are always open to customer requests and have incorporated these into the revised Silenzio model and its "Mignon" model series.

As the name suggests, the Silenzio is one of the most powerful coffee grinders on the market and is one of the main features of the previous model, the Mignon MCI. The grinding level is set using a stepless adjustment wheel, which allows the grinding level to be adjusted very precisely and effortlessly. The ACE system (Anti-Clumps and Electrostaticity) reduces the scattering of ground coffee next to the portafilter to a minimum, despite the high and short ejection without a funnel. The Silenzio grinds very homogeneously with its 50 mm disc grinder, which ensures even and better extraction. It has a timer setting for one cup and a purely manual barista mode.

Filter coffee, moka or French press can be easily made with the Silenzio thanks to the stepless grinding adjustment and removable portafilter fork.

We recommend the Silenzio for smaller portafilter machines with a vibration pump, such as the Bezzera BZ10, Profitec Pro 300 or the Rocket Espresso Appartamento and similar. It is still an entry-level grinder, but its high-quality metal housing and its ground product quality and performance clearly set it apart from the cheap plastic grinders from mass production.
