Free shipping from 80 € within Germany with DHL, UPS, FedEx or freight forwarder.
Shipping company: Delivery time 2-6 working days Delivery is made to the curb. We need your telephone number for the notification. The shipping company will notify you by telephone approximately one hour before it arrives at your location.
DHL Packstation : Shipments with a minimum size of 15 x 11 x 1 cm and a maximum size of 60 x 35 x 35 cm are suitable for the Packstations.

for deliveries to islands or areas that are difficult to access, additional shipping costs apply. These cannot be calculated automatically and will be agreed with you on a case-by-case basis.
UPS Express Shipping: When completing your order, you have the option of sending your shipment with UPS Express under the "Shipping Method" tab. Orders received by 12:00 on working days will be shipped the same day and delivered the next working day, except Saturdays. Please note that express deliveries are not possible on islands and are not automatically recognized by the system.

In case of Revocation You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the goods. Please contact us, e.g. by email at info@diecrema.de for a return shipping label (subject to payment).

For VAT-free deliveries to companies in another EU member state, we require the VAT identification number. Please note that for VAT-free deliveries, the billing address must match the delivery address.

Revocation: Please note that there is no legal right of withdrawal for consumers from Switzerland or non-EU countries in distance selling.
The Conversion of your order to the net value of goods occurs after you enter your billing/delivery address, provided both addresses are in a third country. The total value of your order including the applicable shipping costs is visible in the shopping cart before you submit your order.
Please note, however, that importing the goods into Switzerland and other non-EU countries will incur additional costs levied by the respective customs authorities.
The electronic products we offer are produced for the German market and are delivered with a German plug.

If you are resident in Switzerland and have the goods sent to a German delivery address in order to export the goods to Switzerland yourself as a private individual, we will refund the German VAT after exporting the goods under the following conditions:
Before or when placing your order, send us an email using the contact form or to info@diecrema.de stating that you would like to export the goods to Switzerland yourself. Please also send us a copy of your ID. We will then enclose the relevant export document with the goods. Please understand that if you do not indicate when ordering that the goods are to be exported to Switzerland yourself and we do not receive a copy of your ID card or passport, we will not create an export document and a subsequent VAT refund will no longer be possible.
An export document is created for goods worth €150 or more gross. Please note that in order to create the export document we need a copy of your ID card or passport in advance by email. After we receive the export certificate stamped by customs and the invoice, we will refund you the German VAT.

Please export the goods within 3 months of purchase, as we require the customs documents within three months.
