Returns

Return in case of complaint:
  • Please return the defective item, if possible, complete with all accessories—that is, all parts you received from us with the delivery. It's best to return the item to us in the original box (if included), including the manual and cables, etc., or in a suitable outer box.
  • For insurance reasons, please send the item as a parcel, not as a small package or in an envelope.
  • When returning the goods, please use packaging that is suitable to protect them against typical transport risks.
  • If possible, please include a detailed description of the defect and a copy of the delivery note. This will simplify and expedite processing.

For complaints regarding damaged or incorrectly delivered goods, we will provide you with a return slip, with postage paid. Please always state the reason for the complaint. Ideally, please send us photos of the damaged goods by email. This makes it easier for us to identify the item and speeds up the complaint process. Please note that the return slip is only valid for returns within Germany. Returners from abroad must initially pay the postage (standard insured shipping, not express delivery) and then send us a postage receipt, including your bank details. We will refund the necessary postage upon receipt of the corresponding receipt. Shipping instructions

Inspection and reshipment:
  • Once the item arrives with us, we will inspect it for any damage. If the item is faulty, we will immediately send you a non-faulty item. This will, of course, be free of charge.
