Tamper Handle Technique Grip

With this tamper, a standardized result can be achieved because the coffee grounds press is automatically triggered when the set maximum pressure is reached. Depending on the variety and type of coffee beans and the setting of the grinding level of a coffee grinder, the maximum pressure can be adjusted in a range of approx. 8 kg to 21 kg.

Material/Processing:

The entire handle of the ground coffee press is made of aluminum. The base, the shaft and the pressure springs are made of stainless steel. A rubber buffer has been installed between the base and the handle for damping.

Care and handling: the pressure is adjusted using the internal adjustment screw. To do this, unscrew the cap and then adjust the contact pressure. Please do not adjust the two hexagon socket screws on the side.

The tamper can be cleaned with a damp cloth, but please DO NOT put it in the dishwasher. To improve lubrication of the shaft, please occasionally add a drop of fine household oil to the top of the shaft.
