The Go is ready for use very quickly. If you suddenly feel like a full-bodied espresso, GO! heats up in 5-7 minutes.
With temperature control PID
To allow the flavor of your espresso to develop even more fully, you can adjust the temperature. For example, delicate, light Arabica roasts prefer lower temperatures than the dark, Robusta-heavy espresso you brought back from your vacation in southern Italy. A dark Neapolitan espresso needs to be brewed as hot as possible to achieve a chocolatey taste.
