The Eureka Blow Up System creates an air flow that almost completely empties the dead space of the grinder. This turns every Eureka Atom into a single doser and of course also optimizes the timer deviation of the espresso grinder. The advantage of this method, compared to pure single doser coffee grinders, is that the ground coffee does not have to be filled into a container first and then transferred into the portafilter.
