Philos allows you to seamlessly switch from one origin or brewing method to another without wasting coffee or time. The grinder is designed and tested to prevent coffee residue and impurities from accumulating in the grinding chamber. The practical dosing slide collects ground coffee residue and cleans the chute. When not in use, it can be stored in the dedicated compartment behind the front panel.

Optimized workflow & effortless maintenance

The grinder is designed to prevent electrostatic charge in the ground coffee, keeping the work area clean of coffee grounds. Access to the grinding chamber for cleaning or replacing the grinding discs is tool-free and without losing the grind setting, as the adjustment ring is located on the back. This position also prevents accidental adjustment.

Quality in a small space

Strong neodymium magnets hold the stainless steel dosing cup (fits 58 mm filter holders) and the dosing lock in place. The cable can be shortened and stored inside the grinder.
