Why do I need a bottomless portafilter?

Bottomless portafilters make the quality of your extraction more visible. If the grind, quantity and pressure are all perfectly matched, you will be rewarded with a noticeably better crema.
Rosewood is a natural product. Growth, color, structure and grain are unique for each tree. Deviations are due to the wood and do not constitute grounds for complaint. Minimal growth, shrinkage or warping is also possible in the final product.
