All goods from our shop are subject to statutory warranty rights. If you purchased the goods from us, you can exercise your statutory warranty rights. Please contact us by email at info@diecrema.de.

The duration of the warranty depends on the type of use—private or commercial. As soon as you purchase a machine as a business owner for your company, it counts as commercial use, regardless of the type of business.

In the event of a warranty claim, we will cover the costs of transporting the goods within Germany. You will either receive a free return label or we will arrange for the goods to be picked up from you. Transport costs from and to other countries are borne by the buyer.

When can I drop off my machine?

You can drop off your machine or grinder at the following times:

Monday-Wednesday: 10am - 5pm
Thursday - Friday: 10am - 6pm

How long does a maintenance repair take?

Processing time depends on the scope of work. Maintenance usually takes 2-4 business days.

What do I need to bring to the workshop?

For the execution of your order, we only need the machines themselves. We do not need the drip tray, portafilter, or bean container.
