Studio Aqua: Fine Dalla Corte technology for your home

The new single-group espresso machine from Dalla Corte, with patented multi-boiler technology and rotary pump, in the familiar, stylish Dalla Corte design.
The Dalla Corte Studio Aqua is equipped with the proven Dalla Corte brewing group, which ensures excellent temperature stability. The brewing temperature, pre-infusion, and extraction time can be easily adjusted via a display. Seven presets are available for pre-infusion. The Studio features a new, compact rotary pump that operates exclusively with a fixed water connection. With its compact dimensions, it is the smallest machine from Dalla Corte and fits perfectly in the home kitchen or office.
Like all Dalla Corte machines, the Studio is made exclusively from CW510L (lead-free brass) for all metal components that come into contact with drinking water. To our knowledge, this is unique worldwide.


Another special feature of the Dalla Corte machines is the slightly narrower portafilter diameter of 54 mm. This reduces the surface area of ​​the coffee puck, thus optimizing the extraction rate through more even extraction.


All RAL colors are available upon request; standard colors are black and white. The Studio Aqua is the big sister of the popular Dalla Corte Studio.

In everyday life

The Studio is the ideal partner for the ambitious home barista who prefers complete control over the brew ratio. The Studio's highlight is its flow rate display in grams per second. Instead of working with a scale and shot timer, the Studio displays all important parameters, such as flow rate, brewing temperature, and brewing time, during the brewing process. For even more control, seven presets for pre-infusion have been stored. Additional setting options include a timer, switching off the service boiler, setting the temperature for the service and espresso boilers, barista lights, and eco mode.
The steam wand is sufficiently insulated and prevents the milk from sticking. The three-hole nozzle creates extremely fine-pored milk foam, ideal for latte art. Two volume settings can be programmed using the right control lever, and a purely manual dispensing function is also available.
