– HX stands for Heat Exchanger – the proven heat exchanger technology has been rethought. Smart features offer additional comfort and allow you to concentrate on what is important: enjoying the perfect espresso. An additional sensor in the inlet of the brewing group ensures that the thermosyphon is kept at the right temperature. In HX mode, the machine is operated like a regular dual-circuit machine. The boiler temperature can be easily adjusted using the PID.TheFlush Advisor (FLU)extends the HX mode to include a recommendation for a flush if the machine has overheated due to a long period of inactivity. It can also be activated and displayed via the PID and ensures that you can always brew your espresso at the ideal temperature.Thanks to the intelligent control technology, it is possible in theBrew Temperature Control Mode (btC)It is possible to set the brewing temperature directly and thus ensure brewing temperature stability. A sensor is used for this, which is attached to the head of the brewing group and measures the temperature.Preinfusion (Pi)can be set precisely with the Mechanika MAX. The active and passive pre-infusion are set separately and enable precise adjustment to individual taste.The machine has a timer function that allows you to plan the machine's operating times in advance. With this function you can set when the machine should automatically switch on or off.The Mechanika Max is a state-of-the-art machine that offers you a wide range of customization options thanks to its extensive functions. With a total of 19 different menu items, you can set the machine according to your preferences and thus enjoy an individual coffee experience.
