Eureka Mignon Turbo

The Mignon Turbo, with its 65mm grinding discs, is one of the most powerful grinders in the Mignon series. The Mignon Turbo's grinding speed is already in its name; with up to 2.3 g/s, it fills the double sieve in under 8 seconds. The main advantage of the larger discs, however, is the even more even particle distribution. The larger surface area increases the homogeneity of the ground material. The result in the cup is therefore more complex and the espresso reaches bar level.

We particularly recommend the Mignon Turbo for dual-circuit machines and dual boilers with a rotary pump, such as the Bezzera Aria, Sole and Duo, the Rocket Espresso Mozzafiato R and Cinquantotto, ECM Mechanika Max, Technika V and Synchronika. Of course, the Tubro also cuts a fine figure next to smaller machines with a vibration pump.
