The Omkafè Diamante is an interesting roast. On the one hand, it is balanced like all Omkafè roasts, but on the other hand it is very complex with many aromas and facets without being overwhelming. It needs a little more precision in the grinder than, for example, the good-natured Omkafè ORO, but the work is worth it.
