This strainer from the B70 series by IMS is suitable for two cups and features IMS-patented round holes with a conical cross-section, which ensure better crema formation and extraction. The shape was developed by IMS to achieve the correct ratio between the base and height of the coffee puck. The special shape ensures that the entire coffee puck is extracted evenly, right up to the rim. The strainer also facilitates drying and clean tapping. Thanks to their precise and balanced perforation, IMS strainers allow for a finer grind than you might be used to. Fine adjustment will therefore be necessary when changing the strainer.
