This sieve from the B70 series by IMS is suitable for two cups and has IMS-patented round holes with a conical cross-section that ensure better crema formation and extraction. The shape was determined by IMS to achieve the right ratio between the base and height of the coffee puck. The special shape ensures that the entire coffee puck is extracted evenly right up to the edge. The sieve also makes drying and clean tapping easier. The IMS sieves allow your coffee to be ground finer than you may be used to due to their precise and balanced perforations. Fine adjustment will therefore be necessary when changing the sieve.
