The elegant design of the Super Jolly Classic has been retained but now features a contemporary and elegant display that Mazzer connoisseurs have already adored in the bar line. The Super Jolly V pro also comes with 64 mm burrs, but with a new grind and made of high carbon steel, which naturally offers advantages: The V pro grinds 20% faster with a higher extraction rate than the Super Jolly Classic, and the ground coffee shows no clumping or static charge. The average grind deviation is an ambitious +/- 0.3 g. These subtle differences are sure to be appreciated by some crema connoisseurs. The grinder has all the important features for professional use in bars and restaurants, but will certainly appeal to many home baristas looking for a robust, easy-to-clean precision grinder. In everyday life:

The first thing that catches the viewer's eye is the well-designed display, positioned on the centring bowl in typical Mazzer fashion. The viewing angle is tilted at 160°, making it easier to control the grinder, even when the grinder is raised. Three programmable doses are available, the Super Jolly speaks 19 languages, grinding statistics can be called up, and a service reminder helps forgetful users keep the grinder in good condition. After the well-functioning display of the Mini and Super Jolly Classic, which was slightly reminiscent of a senior citizen's phone, this update is a real highlight. Sliding the display to the side with a satisfying click ensures it slides elegantly into position, revealing another key component of the grinder: the Grind Flow Control. Even inexperienced baristas can remove and clean this in just a few steps. The GFC ensures minimal variation in quantity from dose to dose and prevents clumping and electrostatic buildup. Another improvement is the grind adjustment. The grinding discs are now installed in such a way that after removing them for cleaning or replacement, you can immediately return to the original setting. Great, as this is a bit tedious with other smaller models. The Memory Track System also allows you to set the zero point (the grinding discs are positioned on top of each other) of the grinder on the grinding ring yourself.
