The Omkafè Diamante is an interesting roast. On the one hand, it's balanced, like all Omkafè roasts, but on the other, it's very complex, with many aromas and facets without being overwhelming. It requires a bit more precision in the grinder than, for example, the more docile Omkafè ORO, but the work is worth it.
