The boiler temperature can be easily adjusted via the PID.Flush Advisor (FLU)Extends the HX mode with a recommendation for a flush if the machine has overheated due to a long standstill. It can also be activated and displayed via the PID and ensures that you can always brew your espresso at the ideal temperature. Thanks to the intelligent control technology, it isBrew Temperature Control Mode (btC)It is possible to adjust the brewing temperature directly and thus ensure brewing temperature stability. A sensor is used for this, which is attached to the head of the brewing group and measures the temperature.Pre-infusion (Pi)can be precisely adjusted with the Mechanika MAX. Active and passive pre-infusion are set separately, allowing for precise adjustment to individual taste. The machine features a timer function that allows you to schedule the machine's operating times in advance. This function allows you to set when the machine should automatically turn on and off.
