Whether Specialita, Silenzio or Stark, the Eureka Single Dose Kit makes every Mignon grinder with a metal portafilter fork suitable for single dosing. Instead of filling the bean container for the whole day, with single dosing only the beans that are to be ground for the next use go into the grinder. This means that the coffee is always as fresh as possible and the grinding chamber stays cleaner. This is worth its weight in gold if you frequently use different beans in rotation, e.g. in the morning you use the more robust pick-me-up and in the evening you use the decaffeinated one. The upgrade kit is not really suitable for die-hard single dose specialists. But you can keep your home grinder and you don't have to do without the convenience of a timer grinder.
